Dr. Abul Hasnat Milton is a Bangladeshi-born Australian author, academic, public health expert, and dedicated social activist. While he wears many hats, his deepest passion lies in prose and poetry. With an inspired literary spirit, Dr. Milton has already authored twelve books of poetry and four novels in Bengali.
Beyond the arts, Dr. Milton is a respected intellectual who regularly contributes to multiple Bangladeshi newspapers and television channels, addressing pressing topics in politics, health, and literature. His extensive academic background is equally impressive, having completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Dhaka Medical College, MSc in Epidemiology from the Christian Medical College in Vellore, and a PhD in Epidemiology and Population Health from the Australian National University in 2005.
